Privacy policy
Last updated: 16 May 2026. This document describes how Lady Ride VIP handles your personal data.
1. Who we are
Lady Ride VIP, based in The Hague and Amsterdam, is responsible for processing personal data as described in this privacy policy.
2. What data we collect
We only process data needed to carry out your booking: name, phone number, email address, pickup address, destination and any details you share via WhatsApp or the contact form.
3. How we use your data
Solely for performing the agreement (your ride), communication around the booking, and, if you expressly consent, for sending service updates. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Retention period
Booking data is kept for as long as legally required for tax purposes (7 years) and deleted thereafter. Contact form data is deleted within 12 months if no booking follows.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your personal data. Send a request to privacy@ladyridevip.nl or via WhatsApp.
6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unlawful processing, loss or access by unauthorised parties.
7. Changes
This privacy policy may be amended. The most recent version is always available on this page.
