1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions the following definitions apply: Lady Ride VIP ("we", "us"), the provider of premium chauffeur services; the client ("you"), the natural or legal person booking a ride.
2. Bookings
Bookings are made via WhatsApp, the contact form or by phone, and are final after written confirmation from us.
3. Rates
Rates are provided in advance on request and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Changes to route or duration may lead to an adjustment of the rate.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation within 12 hours before the start of the ride: 50% of the rate due. Cancellation within 2 hours: 100%. No-show: 100%. Outside these periods: free of charge.
5. Liability
We are insured for damage to persons and luggage in accordance with Dutch law. We are not liable for indirect damage or delay due to force majeure (traffic, weather, etc.).
6. Conduct in the car
Smoking is not permitted. Alcohol consumption in moderation is allowed. Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged.
7. Complaints
Complaints must be reported within 7 days of the ride via info@ladyridevip.nl.
8. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in The Hague.
